    Inventories in resale homes have fallen dramatically! The former glut of REO (bank-owned) foreclosure properties is starting to dwindle. Equities are beginning to increase.

    This is not going to occur overnight, but in small increments. Whereas the market crashed suddenly in 2006, the recovery will be much slower and in smaller stages.

    With less inventory available and the buyer pool increasing daily, houses are literally flying off the shelves.
